No — your plan covers InboxCenter's software only. WhatsApp messaging itself is billed by Meta directly to your own Meta Business Manager account, separate from us. Replies within an open 24-hour conversation are free; business-initiated messages (reminders, broadcasts, campaigns) are billed at Meta's own per-message rates, which vary by country.
