Refund Policy
Last updated: September 4, 2026
This Refund Policy explains when InboxCenter, a product of Techydox, issues refunds for paid subscriptions. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service, which governs billing generally.
1. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable
InboxCenter plans are billed in advance for the cycle you choose (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) and processed through Razorpay. Once a billing period has started, fees for that period are non-refundable, including if you stop using the Service partway through the period. Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not refund the current period.
2. When we do issue a refund
We issue a refund, in full or in part, at our discretion when:
- You were charged more than once for the same billing period (a duplicate charge).
- A payment was processed due to a verified billing error on our part, such as an incorrect plan or amount.
- A paid feature you subscribed for was unavailable for an extended period due to an outage on our side, and we are unable to restore or credit that access.
- Applicable law in your jurisdiction requires it.
Refunds are not issued for reduced usage, dissatisfaction with WhatsApp's own policies or message delivery (which we do not control), or for failing to cancel before a renewal.
3. Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, no payment is collected until the trial ends and a paid plan begins. Because no charge occurs during the trial, there is nothing to refund for that period. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed.
4. How to request a refund
Email billing@inboxcenter.co or use our contact page with your account email and the invoice or payment ID from your billing history. We typically respond within 2 business days.
5. Refund timelines
Approved refunds are issued to your original Razorpay payment method. They usually take 5-7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
